Chessnuts is an idea born of Richard’s found-again passion for chess whilst suffering the hellishly frustrating throes of unemployment. We happened to enter a business grant competition run by Australian telecommunications company Commander – and won! We were subsequently awarded $10,000 to kickstart our idea.
Our open chess tournaments will be held at Bar Etiquette on Sydney Road in Brunswick, Victoria.
